How can I contact Vialqen?

What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. We aim to respond to customer inquiries as quickly as possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders over $80. Orders under $80 will be charged a standard shipping fee of $6.99.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes approximately 7–15 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier service, weather, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after the package is handed over to the carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you before the order is processed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. We will try to update it before the order is shipped, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with tags and original packaging attached.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, please email us at corey@peakport.store with your order number, the email address used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for your return request.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We accept exchanges for eligible items if you need a different size, color, or style. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
What items cannot be returned?
Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, worn or washed items, altered items, damaged items caused by customer use, items without original tags or packaging, intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, and personal items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size chart on each product page before placing your order. If you are between sizes or need help choosing a size, contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Are colors exactly the same as shown in product photos?
We do our best to display product colors accurately. However, slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.
Are customs duties and taxes included?
Customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges may be required for international orders. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our checkout is secure and encrypted. Your payment information is processed safely through trusted payment providers.
