We want you to love your Vialqen purchase. If something is not quite right, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags and original packaging attached.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are included.
  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable.

How To Start A Return

To request a return, please contact us at corey@peakport.store with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please Include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for your return request
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items if you need a different size, color, or style. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to contact us for return instructions, then place a new order once your return request is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Vialqen is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, and personal items, unless defective or incorrect

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you before the order is processed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
