Shipping Rates

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Processing time may be slightly longer during holidays, major sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes approximately 7–15 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier service, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when tracking is available. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Vialqen is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Delayed, Lost, or Returned Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or returned to sender, please contact our support team with your order number so we can assist you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges may be required by your local customs office. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
